OCR, classification and data extraction for invoices, energy bills and contracts, returned as validated JSON or ISDOC. It also splits and anonymizes PDFs, inserts signatures and fills PDF forms in a single call. Requests are routed across OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude and Google Document AI with automatic failover; prompts and schemas live in the database, so a new document type needs no code change. I build the AI layer for this external SaaS platform: uploaded documents are extracted automatically and new companies are looked up in the ARES registry, meter readings are read from photos, utility billing is checked by an AI auditor, energy price lists are normalised and replies in acquisition campaigns are classified.

Travel itineraries generated from text, links or photos; bookings forwarded by e-mail are parsed automatically; AI interpreter and a pricing agent that searches partner websites. For the company itself I built an autonomous accounting and analytics system (double-entry bookkeeping, VAT, bank and Stripe payment matching, KPIs from Google Analytics and Search Console) with daily management briefings written by Claude.

School, booking and invoicing system with AI lesson scheduling, verification of signatures on scanned contracts, automatic bank payment matching and ISDOC e-invoices. The school website has a sales chatbot that guides parents to an admission interview and is prepared for AI search engines (llms.txt).

Online platform for board games. For nine years I was responsible for the development of the whole project, including the backend and frontend, as well as for the integration of AI-based systems and digital assistants.
Development of the whole project. The website automatically builds meal plans tailored to each customer: every day it prepares healthy recipes calculated for the customer’s energy intake, allergens and other preferences.
Online shop where photographers sell their pictures. We built the administration for pricing, galleries and products for photographers. I helped the team move to a new design and to a new version of the CakePHP 3 framework.
I helped the Restu team with their startup. I developed the table management system, which is used by more than 400 restaurants in the Czech Republic. The reservation form shows guests the restaurant’s capacity in real time, and the web app runs on tablets, where staff confirm a reservation and seat the guests with a single click. I then built a CMS for restaurant profiles, reservation rules and menus, which restaurants can share on their website or Facebook, or download as a print-ready PDF in several layouts.
At Hornbach I coordinated the company’s online activities. I analysed campaigns, managed social media (Facebook and YouTube), edited website content and prepared graphics for the Czech and Slovak websites. I also programmed the “Reserve and pick up in store” service for customers; the Czech Republic was the first of all Hornbach countries to offer it.
Baumatic sells kitchen appliances. I prepared their print materials and product photography. Together with two colleagues I created a unique catalogue generation tool: using XML and InDesign, I connected the catalogue directly to Microsoft Navision. This let us generate error-free print documents in any language from a predefined template, in about 5% of the usual time: 200 pages with all images, icons, prices and descriptions in about 2 hours. I shot the photos with a large-format Mamiya Leaf camera, which was a great school of photography under the guidance of high school professor S. Vojtěchovský.
